(KSL News) -- Members of the Salt Lake media, including some of our own KSL reporters, joined a crowd to take a swing at breast cancer.
The fourth annual Breast Cancer Swing for Life Hit-a-thon raises money for research.
Kathy Howa a teacher and coach at Rowland Hall St. Mark's School started the event after she was diagnosed with the disease.
Last night there was a high school softball tournament.
The event has raised about 58,000 dollars over the years.
