(KSL News) A Hurricane Katrina evacuee accused of aggravated arson pleaded not guilty.
Police say Herbert Landry started a fire at his Provo apartment complex in February. It caused 200 thousand dollars in damage and left several people homeless.
Provo police have arrested Landry before on drug charges. Landry wil go to trial next month.
