(KSL News) Salt Lake County Sherriff Deputies are desperate to find anyone who knows a man who was hit and killed by a car earlier this month.

Kenneth J. Bochantyn, 42, was crossing 700 East near 4000 South April 6th when a northbound car crashed into him. He died at the scene.

Bochantyn was originally from New York. He was five-foot-10 with blue eyes, dark hair and several piercings and tattoos. He was carrying an Illinois drivers license, which had a false Chicago address.

Deputies believe he may have a sister in Salt Lake, but so far all efforts to contact relatives have failed.

If you know this man, please contact police.
