(KSL News) -- Two brothers of polygamist leader Warren Jeffs have been dropped from a lawsuit involving sexual abuse.
A judge removed both Leslie Jeffs and Blaine Jeffs as defendants in the case because both are involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
Brent Jeffs filed the lawsuit in 2004, alleging he and his brothers were sexually abused by Leslie, Brent and Warren Jeffs as children.
The suit against Warren Jeffs and the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints still stands.
