(KSL News) A late night accident involving two semi trucks and a car had a terrible outcome.
Troopers say Wendy McDonald was driving in congested traffic on I-15 near Cedar City last night when a semi hit her car from behind. She was pushed into a second semi and was killed when she was partially ejected from her car.
Troopers aren't sure if she was wearing her seat belt.
