(KSL News) Activists looking to change Utah's animal rights laws are getting national help.
Humane Society lobbyist Dale Bartlett is advising activists on how to campaign for a tougher animal torture bill. Lawmakers have rejected the measure for three years in a row.
Bartlett says activists need to focus their efforts on animal protection, rather than animal rights.
