(KSL News) A Tooele man admitted he stabbed his live-in girlfriend as the woman's 8-year-old son sat in the next room.
John Dean Bevan pleaded guilty to first-degree felony murder in 3rd District Court yesterday. In return for the plea, prosecutors dropped two other charges pertaining to child abuse and domestic violence in the presence of a child.
Bevan will be sentenced in January.
