(KSL News) Court proceedings for a man accused in a Murray murder are moving to Davis County.
A judge changed locations for James Tolbert's case due to a potential conflict of interest. Court documents reveal a current employee at the Matheson Courthouse has ties to Tolbert's slain wife.
Tolbert served time in prison for killing his wife in 1987. Now he is accused of murdering Ann Poulson in Murray earlier this month.
