(KSL News) A small plane crashed early this morning in southern Utah.
The plane went down around 4 a.m. and started a small brush fire in a remote area one mile from the Kane County line.
Search crews were notified when the plane heading from Bountiful to Colorado City never landed.
There is one confirmed fatality, but more people were believed to have been in the plane.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
