SALT LAKE CITY — With summer approaching, students are ticking through those last hours in the classroom.
But Friday, eighth-graders at Crescent View Middle School got a hands-on history lesson that took them back in time to just a little more than 150 years.
The students participated in two days of Civil War Camp Day at the middle school, capping off a month of lessons about that era of American History.
