This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

There's nothing quite like the smell of fresh baked bread, especially when you walk into the house. Thanks to Rhodes Bake-N-Serve, having this experience is easy as thawing the dough, putting it into the oven and enjoying.

For the last 56 years, this Utah classic has been providing customers across the state with an easy way to make fresh-baked goods. Rhodes Bake-N-Serve has grown dramatically in the last 10 to 15 years and expanded across the country. You can find their flagship products, including frozen dinner rolls, breads and cinnamon rolls, in the freezer section of hundreds of grocery stores.

One of the things Rhodes is most known for is their Orange Rolls. Company president Kenny Farnsworth says another one you've got to try is the French Crusty Roll. These are true artisan rolls with a crispy exterior and tender bread inside. And you can bake them in just 8 minutes straight from the freezer.

Another important part of Rhodes Bake-N-Serve is their recipe books for all kinds of dishes you can make with Rhodes rolls. You can also find recipes on their website, rhodesbread.com or by signing up for the weekly recipe email. An important part of the recipe books is the full demo kitchen in the Murray office where you can taste these creations or hold events like bridal showers, church gatherings or family parties for a small fee.

Rhodes Bake-N-Serve is a robust company, and they're doing well. With 50 employees right here in Utah and a total of 200 company wide, Kenny says they're committed to creating a business friendly environment where employees want to stay and looking out for the health of their employees. That's why they have a personal trainer on site and offer fitness classes like Yoga, Pilates and Zumba. There's also a nutritionist employees can work with. They really treat employees like family, and it shows.

Rhodes Bake-N-Serve is another example of exactly what's right with Utah and why Forbes named us the Best State for Business for two years running.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
