SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Three hundred construction workers are in for some back pay.
Dixie Construction of Salt Lake City is paying $391,000 to the workers after an investigation by the U.S. Labor Department.
They deserved overtime pay after 40 hours, but the construction company mistakenly believed the workers could waive it. That's according to the Labor Department.
The agency's Wage and Hour Division stepped in to settle the matter.
