Greg Neft, KSL Newsradio One Salt Lake computer store says it is helping people learn more about their iPhones.
Russ Fellows with MacDocs says iPhones aren't hard to learn, but you have to play around with them to understand how they really work.
Fellows helps teach a workshop on the popular devices. He says most customers aren't stumped but want to get the most of out of them. "We [people in general] have other devices and we're wanting to make a switch, so we want to see what this is all about to make sure it will do what we need it to do," Fellows said.
He says most customers catch on because it's really not a tough adjustment.
MacDocs hasn't scheduled its next iPhone class yet, but it will be offered. For more information or to contact MacDocs, click the related link.
