(KSL News) A Payson man is being warned to stay away from the high school or end up in jail.
Police have arrested 23-year-old Judo Osterhout twice this month for trespassing on school grounds and offering students drugs and alcohol and making sexual comments to girls.
At the time of his arrest, officers did find drugs and drug paraphernalia on him.
Osterhout is charged with lewdness, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana in a drug-free zone.
More charges could be filed if police find him again on school property.
