(KSL News) A rollover near Monticello this morning killed a man. Now the driver is in jail on suspicion of drunk driving.
The SUV was heading south on their way home to Idaho, when it drifted off the road and rolled. The passenger, 45-year-old Roberto Bustos died on the scene.
The driver, 52-year-old Juan A. Hernandez was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Once he was released troopers arrested him for DUI and automobile homicide.
