(KSL News/KCSG) Authorities have released the name of a woman killed in a head-on collision in St. George.
A 17-year-old female driver hit Patricia Scott's car head-on yesterday on Dixie Drive. Scott was taken to the hospital where she died.
The teenage driver suffered minor injuries.
Police are now trying to figure out why the teen crossed into oncoming traffic.
