PAGE, Ariz. (AP) -- Officials at the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area say a woman killed when a huge rock slab crashed down on her boat was from Calhan, Colorado.
Officials are still searching for 59-year-old Mary Simmons' husband, also believed killed Friday when a 250-square-foot slab fell onto their boat as it was moored on Lake Powell in southern Utah.
The ongoing search for 64-year-old Donald Simmons is being hampered by poor visibility, deep water and submerged trees. An underwater recovery team from the National Park Service is assigned to the search.
