(KSL News) -- Officials in American Fork have a unique way of restoring old log cabins -- blasting them!
They're using dry ice to clean off smoke damage.

Fire charred the pioneer-era cabin years ago, so they're cleaning up the logs to make it look new.
In addition to a new look, the cabins have a new home at the American Fork city park.
