(KSL News) -- Experts say the best tasting water in the country is right here in Utah.
The annual Great American Water Taste Test wrapped in in Washington. A panel of judges dipped into tap water from rural communities around the country. Over 700 entries of water samples, and five finalists were scrutinized.
Judges base their decisions on clarity, bouquet, and taste. The winner? Beaver, Utah.
The National Rural Water Association hosts the event. They say they want consumers to realize that some bottled water often comes from a local tap, and is simply marked way up.
