(KSL News) The Utah Department of Workforce Services says it's missing a laptop.
This laptop contained a spreadsheet of information on approximately 2,000 records of customers receiving help from DWS. The spreadsheet includes Social Security numbers.
However, the computer is protected by a unique password making it less likely that someone would be able to access its contents.
DWS is letting everyone who was on the spreadsheet know that his or her personal information may have been compromised.
