LEHI, Utah (AP) -- A man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to stealing a forklift to break into a Lehi business to steal dozens of guns.
Yesterday, a judge sentenced 31-year-old Ryan Ferguson to five-and-a-half years in prison. He agreed to a plea bargain that spared him a possible sentence of 20 years behind bars.

Police say Ferguson stole the forklift from a construction site last year and then broke into a heating and cooling company. That's where Ferguson stole a safe that contained nearly 30 firearms.
However, Ferguson was later arrested after police found his cell phone at the scene.
