(KSL News) A 15-year-old boy is in police custody tonight accused of criminal homicide.
Lt. Loring Draper of the Ogden Police Department said, "I don't understand this at all. It's ridiculous. Particularly at 15 years old."
Ogden police say the teen drew a gun during an argument at a Kicks 66 service station. He fired about four shots, one of which hit 22-year-old Jesus Sanchez Aparicio.
Aparicio later died at the hospital.
Investigators don't know what the argument was about but believe the shooting is gang related.
The suspect was booked in the Weber County Jail.
