(KSL News) A man was shot in the face and it was originally thought possible the gun went off accidentally. But after an investigation, police now say the gunman fired on purpose.
21 year old Antony McGloin is charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault. Two weeks ago police say he got into a fight with a man near the Club Vortex in downtown Salt Lake City and shot him.
The victim is now blind in one eye.
Police are still looking for McGloin.
