(KSL News) -- One of the Wasatch High School basball players accused in a recent hazing incident is facing charges.
The 17-year old was in St. George for a baseball tournament. Police say older members of the team piled on top of younger players in a hotel room. Prosecutors determined inappropriate touching took place, but not in a sexual way.
Hazing is a misdemeanor offense and prosecutors say the teen will most likely be fined.
Five other baseball players were suspended.
