(KSL News)Officials at the Utah County Health Department are warning people to beware of bats.
They say bats come through the area in September during migration, and that many of them can carry ticks, parasites or rabies.
Lehi High School has been a prime location for bats this fall.
Officials are asking that if you in the vicinity of a bat, don't touch it. If someone does touch it, contact a doctor immediately.
