(KSL News) Weather may have contributed to troubles with the commute this morning.
One of the biggest problems was on I-15 southbound near 8600 South.
Utah Highway Patrol says traffic was backed up on southbound I-15 and a truck driver didn't have time to stop. He slammed into another vehicle, sending it flying. That car sideswiped another car, and then flipped on its top in the right emergency lane.
Because that driver wore a seatbelt, she wasn't seriously injured.
It was also slow going in parts of Davis County, particularly from Farmington to Bountiful.
Several wrecks were reported on surface streets, including two on Redwood Road.
