(KSL News) -- A Springville man is behind bars for investigation into an alleged rape at a party.
Authorities say 28-year old Nathan Voorhees is being held on 25-thousand dollar cash-only bail.
Police say the woman was at a party where everyone was drinking when she woke up to find her clothes were off and the Voorhees was on top of her.
Voorhees allegedly told police he didn't remember what happened because he drank too much alcohol.
