(KSL News) Flames, smoke, and explosions! That's what firefighters were up against when they responded to a house fire in Taylorsville Sunday.
Several different fire agencies were called to help put the fire out because it was bigger than crews first thought.
Flames and smoke were pouring out of the garage and trailer, so crews acted quickly to keep the fire from spreading to neighboring houses. And as they were fighting the flames, several paint or propane tanks exploded.
Neighbor: "The first one made a big loud noise. The second one fire shot out of the trailer."
Joe Wilcken Unfied Fire Authority: "It's something we look for. We kind of know people keep flammable things inside the garage, so we keep our eye out for that all the time."
No one was in the house. The owner was in the process of selling it.
