PROVO, Utah (AP) -- Sentencing of Gary Von Blackmore for perjury in the Kiplyn Davis case has been moved back to June.

Blackmore, 25, was to be sentenced Wednesday for lying to the FBI and a grand jury. As part of a plea bargain, he agreed to testify against Timmy Brent Olsen, who is charged with murder in the presumed 1995 death of Spanish Fork teen Kiplyn Davis.death. In exchange, prosecutors dropped three other counts.

Blackmore, formerly of the Spanish Fork area, was indicted last year for lying about whether he and another person had ever sought help moving the girl's body to a better hiding place. Blackmore and Olsen are among five men charged in federal court with perjury after being questioned by federal agents and a grand jury.

Blackmore's sentencing has been rescheduled for June 12 at 2:30 p.m. before a federal judge.

Davis never returned home after a driver education class at Spanish Fork High School on May 2, 1995, and her body was never found.

Court documents allege Olsen told multiple friends that he raped, killed and buried the 15-year-old girl.
