(KSL News) The man accused of kidnapping Elizabeth Smart is due back in court tomorrow for a hearing that could determine if his goes to trial.
Brian David Mitchell is being held at the Utah State Hospital and has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.
He refuses to take the antipsychotic drugs that could make him able to understand the charges against him and help in his defense.
Tomorrow's hearing is to decide if he can be forced to take the medication.
