(KSL News) Investigators say the Nevada Highway Patrol trooper who ran into the back of a car -- killing four people from St. George -- should be charged with reckless driving, which is a felony.
Las Vegas Metro Police say trooper Joshua Corcran caused the car crash.
They say he was not responding to an emergency or chasing a suspect.
But he was speeding, traveling more than 100 miles an hour when he crashed into the back of a Cadillac on I-15 in Nevada.
