(KSL News) Search and rescue crews recovered the body of a man who drowned in Scofield Reservoir.
Brian Farnell, 65, was fishing with a friend on Wednesday when he apparently fell into the water. The friend called 911, but search crews could not find him.
Farnell's body was finally located with the help of the Department of Public Safety dive team. They used sonar equipment to locate the body yesterday morning and retrieved later in the day.
This was the 15th drowning in Utah this year.
