(KSL News) -- An Avenues resident helped police catch a car burglary suspect.
Police arrested Cody Beams after someone noticed him walking his dog in the area of 66 North and D Street, but paying a little too much attention to what was in the cars he walked by.
When police caught up with Beams, he was inside someone's car and had property from several other car burglaries in his possession.
