(KSL News) The number of Utahns lighting up is at an all-time low.

According to Utah Department of Health, 9.5 percent of Utahns said they were smokers in 2006. That's down 1.7 percent from the year before.

The report also shows significant decreases in the number of young smokers and the number of people who smoke in homes with young children.
