FARMINGTON — Police arrested a 33-year-old Layton man Tuesday after at least three women accused him of exposing himself to them.

Joseph Weston Winterburn confessed to exposing himself to at least 10 women whom he found attractive, according to Farmington police Cpl. Dale Scow. He waved one woman to his vehicle at a bus stop, where he then showed off his genitals, Scow said.

Calls from three women victims were reported at the Farmington, Kaysville and Centerville police departments Tuesday and police would like any others who may have seen the man, to report it immediately by calling the Davis County Sheriff's office, at 801-451-4151.

Winterburn is about 5-feet, 11-inches tall, and approximately 185 pounds. Police say he was driving a green Ford Escape Tuesday. He has one speeding charge on his record and no evidence of other criminal activity.
