(KSL News) -- A man accused in the stabbing and beating death of a 75-year-old woman pleaded NOT guilty in court this morning.
Ex-convict Floyd Eugene Maestas was in court for an arraignment hearing today. He's charged with aggravated murder, aggravated burglary and forcible sex abuse.
Maestas is accused in the slaying of Donna L. Bott. Prosecutors say the woman was killed during a robbery at her home in September of 2004.
