(KSL News) -- The woman accused of causing so much commotion on an airliner that she forced the pilot to land can now return home to Oregon.

Today a federal judge decided to allow Bogdana Georgieva to return to Eugene.

Georgieva's been in Utah since January, when prosecutors say she got into a scuffle with a passenger and flight attendants. The pilot decided to make an emergency landing in Salt Lake.

Georgieva is charged with interfering with a flight crew.
