(KSL News) -- Three employees of the Deseret Morning News settled their lawsuit today out of court with Daimler Chrylser and a Utah driver.
Two years ago the three were hurt when a Jeep Grand Cherokee jumped a curb and hit them. The accident put all three in the hospital. One of them, Chuck Wing, lost his leg.
In a statement, Daimler Chrylser says the Jeep was not defective and did not cause the accident. The driver says he was not at fault.
Attornies didn't release terms of the settlement.
