MURRAY -- A 1-year-old Murray boy reported missing is safe this morning.

Police say the boy's grandmother, Charloette Mueller, admitted to picking up the boy and driving around with him Wednesday.

Late Wednesday night she called her LDS bishop to tell him she suspected the boy had been abused. He then called child protective services and went with Mueller to Primary Children's Medical Center.

Once at the hospital Mueller was arrested and booked for kidnapping.

Her grandson, Jason, was admitted and stayed at the hospital overnight for observation. Police say there were no visible signs of abuse.

He's now back with his parents.
