(KSL News) A call has gone out for blood donors to help the injured miners.
Officials at ARUP Blood Services say their supplies are at a very low level, and a large number of donors are needed at this time.
There are two locations where you can give blood: in Salt Lake at 500 Chipeta Way, and in Murray at 5201 S. Green St.
The Murray office closes at 3 p.m. The Salt Lake office closes at 5:30 p.m. for whole blood donations.
