(KSL News) -- Orem police have captured a man they say robbed a business where he use to work.
Last night, 22-year old Matthew Upchurch was arrested after both a car and foot chase when an officer used a taser gun.
Police say Upchurch went into a Sonic Drive-in at closing time, wearing a ski mask and armed with a pellet gun, where he demanded money.
Police found the suspect and the chase was on. Upchurch is now in jail on robbery charges.
