OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Rossignol Group is in final negotiations with The Boyer Company to locate its U-S ski equipment distribution headquarters at Business Depot Ogden.
Rossignol plans to move distribution operations from Clearfield and Vermont and consolidate them in about half of an existing B-D-O building by the end of April.
That is according to Jim Hunter, the company's chief financial officer, who hopes to close the deal within the next few days.
The relocation of the distribution center to B-D-O also would tie in with Rossignol's plans to move its corporate headquarters from Williston, Vermont to Park City in the summer.
