(KSL News) A man involved in a fatal accident earlier this summer pleads guilty to one of the charges against him.
Eswin Enrique Aquino-Lopez was driving a pickup truck full of undocumented workers near Hurricane in June when the vehicle rolled, and two of the passengers were killed.
Yesterday, he pleaded guilty to one count of transporting illegal aliens resulting in death, which could result in a life sentence.
He will be sentenced in November.
