One of the things Utah is known for is the quality of our medical care. Dartmouth medical researchers have identified Intermountain Health Care as a national benchmark for effective health care. The Claytons have been an important player in Utah's plastic surgery industry for years. Dr. John L. Clayton was one of the six original plastic surgeons in Utah back in the 60s. His sons, David and John N., joined the practice in the early 80s, and Dr. David Clayton performed Utah's first liposuction surgery in 1983. A little over a year ago, they paired with Intermountain Health Care to become Alta View Plastic Surgery Specialists which gives them access to even more resources to help them stay on the cutting edge of plastic surgery technology.
