(KSL News) A climber is in the hospital tonight after he fell 15 feet in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
According to Salt Lake County Sheriff's Office, the man and a friend were climbing in the canyon when it appears his equipment failed. The man fell and landed on some rocks.
He was taken to the hospital with significant injuries, but none of them life threatening.
Officials say the men are experienced hikers.
