LONDON, Feb 2, 2006 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Women long have complained about where seatbelts cross their chests; now a British insurance company has come up with a solution -- a special clip.

The so-called "S-Clip" attaches to the buckle, redirecting the top strap down the center of the body, bypassing the bosom, the Daily Mail reports. It was developed by the insurance firm Sheilas Wheels and the automotive testing firm Mira.

"Several fuller breasted women have told us that their seat belts are hugely uncomfortable, particularly across the neck," said Edmund King, executive director of the RAC Foundation, which promotes road safety.

"Some say they feel pinned against the seat and others have admitted to putting the belt under their arm. The popularity of breast enhancement could make this a much bigger problem," he said.
