Marc Giauque, KSL NewsradioIt was a wild ride for a driver this morning. Her vehicle went across several lanes of traffic and crashed into a Salt Lake City home.
A tow truck had to remove the SUV that witnesses say was going pretty fast when it hit the home at 2550 South and 900 East.

Lt. Arthur Healey says the driver had a medical problem and that she blacked out. Healey says the driver only received minor injuries and says it's lucky no one was in the house.
Healey says they're investigating whether the woman should have been driving, given her medical history.
Damage to the house was relatively minor. Firefighters put a temporary beam in place to hold up a roof over the porch.
