(KSL News) -- A roll over in Parley's Canyon left three teenagers with serious injuries.
The girls were driving down the canyon Friday morning when the driver lost control. She veered into the median and rolled car four times.
The driver and front passenger were wearing their seatbelts, but the girl in the backseat was not. She was thrown from the vehicle, and suffered serious leg injuries.
Utah Highway Patrol says the girls were driving too fast.
Lt. Shawn Judd, Utah Highway Patrol: "The speed limit is 65, and that's in ideal conditions. These roads are wet, it's freezing or near freezing. And when that occurs, those are not ideal conditions. You need to reduce your speed for existing conditions."
All three were taken to the hospital.
