(KSL News) -- A new suggests adding more curry and cruciferous vegetables to your diet could help fight prostate cancer.
Scientists tested two compounds: Curcumin, which gives curry its vibrant yellow color, and another substance that's abundant in veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower and kale.
In mice, the compounds significantly slowed the growth of cancerous tumors.
