(KSL News) A man has pleaded guilty to illegally dumping sewage in Spanish Fork.

Marvin Butler, owner of the sewage pumping business Butler Services Almost Home, was charged with dumping sludge in a hole near the Spanish Fork River, then covering it up.

Butler reached a plea deal in the case. According the Deseret Morning News, Butler now has to pay $9,000 in restitution and get rid of his business.
